UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Red Hat (NYSE: RHT) price target raised from $54 to $57.

Analyst, Brent Thill, said, "Adjusted billings +31% y/y doubled UBS/Street +18%/+15% as all the underlying demand metrics were strong; 1) $1M+ deals +50% y/y, 2) top 25 deals renewed +130% y/y, 3) encouraging middleware cross-sell stats. Momentum should continue as customers look to modernize their datacenters with RHT’s increasingly broad stack of high-value/low-cost solutions but the stock looks fully valued trading AH near 8x ’12 EV/revenues and 30x FCF."

Thill raises FY13 revenues from $1.32 bln to $1.36 bln (Consensus is $1.30 bln).

Shares are trading up 15.8% this morning, at $59.39, a new 52-wk high.
