UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) price target raised from $365 to $442.

Analyst, David Palmer, said, "We are raising our price target, and our 2012 and 2013 EPS estimates from $8.85 and $11.06 to $9.07 (+33% YOY) and $11.61 (+28% YOY) respectively to reflect our view that same store sales (SSS) growth has accelerated in 1Q (see bullet below), and that reduced employee turnover and focus on labor productivity can help sustain SSS growth over the peak selling months. We also believe food cost inflation should diminish throughout the year."
