Oppenheimer raised its price target on Perform-rated Pentair (NYSE: PNR) from $40 to $51 after yesterday's merger with Tyco's Flow Control.
"The combined entity projects $0.40 accretion to adjusted '13E EPS, and targets over $5.00 EPS by 2015, inclusive of $250M in synergies (excluding revenue opportunities)," the firm notes.

Shares of Pentair closed at $46.32 yesterday.
