Goldman Sachs upgraded Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $65 (up from $54), suggesting 19% upside.

The firm said the company's "secular share gainer status" is being underappreciated by the market. They see EPS upside and a multiple re-rating

Goldman raised FY12E/13E/14E EPS to $3.60/$4.20/$4.95 from $3.50/$4.00/NA.
