Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on AOL, Inc. (NYSE: AOL) price target of $20.00.

Analyst, Laura Martin, said, "AOL is expected to release 1Q12 earnings in early May, 2012. We maintain our 1Q12 revenue and EPS estimates, as follows: Revenue estimate of $520mm (down 6% y/y); OIBDA estimate of $78mm (down 21% y/y); Reported EPS estimate of $0.06 (up 43% y/y); and Adjusted EPS estimate of $0.10 (down 54% y/y)...We also maintain our revenue estimate for FY12 at $2.08B, Reported EPS of $0.30 (up 150% vs FY11 EPS of $0.12), and Adjusted EPS of $0.79 (down 14% y/y)."
