Wedbush upgraded Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) from Neutral to Outperform, price target raised from $16 to $26.
Analyst, Betty Chan, said, "While we believe we are in the early stages of this turnaround that could involve some zigzag progress in the next 3-6 months, we believe management has positioned the business to benefit from improved fashion designs, diligent inventory control, and multiple years of margin recovery. With the stock at the cusp of substantial earnings restoration, we believe shares should be rewarded with a multiple expansion on our upwardly revised forecasts."
Chan raises FY12 EPS estimate from $1.15 to $1.25 and FY13 from $1.42 to $1.52.
