Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Freescale Semiconductor (NYSE: FSL) with a Neutral rating and $17 price target.

While the company sees significant EPS growth in 2H12 and 2013, they believe other names are more compelling as Freescale has 5X net leverage and could do a dilutive equity raise to pay down debt. The firm also sees limited upside to their price target.
