DA Davidson maintains an 'Underperform' on Lumos Networks (NASDAQ: LMOS) price target cut from $11 to $8.00.
Analyst, Donna Jaegers, said, "With the dividend representing 96% of free cash flow, we expect investors to regard the safety of the dividend as suspect, and require a higher yield until there is more visibility of accelerated CLEC revenues to offset the drag from the regulatory reform and carrier grooming."
Jaegers also lowers FY12/13 by $0.01 each to $0.83/0.86, respectively.
