Nomura Securities initiates coverage on Regal Entertainment (NYSE: RGC) with a Neutral. PT $15.00.
Analyst, Robert Fishman, said, "Regal is caught in the middle of an evolving relationship between the film studios, U.S. theatre industry and moviegoers. The company has the greatest exposure to the U.S. box office with 18% share, which should lead to the greatest leverage vs. the studios. However, it is the studios that marginally hold the upper hand in the relationship, in our view, despite needing healthy theatres to maintain value of downstream windows."
