UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Computer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) price target raised from $26 to $31.
UBS analyst said, "We raise our price target to $31 factoring in our revised earnings/valuation estimates even as we maintain our Neutral rating. CSC has significantly outperformed this year (+29% YTD vs. +12% for S&P500), as some investors are looking for a turnaround, given management changes and progress on the NHS contract. While we do not have a clear picture of what management’s plan is for addressing the multiple near-term challenges, we believe that the new CEO has the appropriate experience to turn around the company."
