Plug Power (PLUG) Prices 13M Offering at $1.15/Share

Plug Power Inc. (Nasdaq: PLUG), has priced an underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock. The shares will be sold at a price to the public of $1.15 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million.

Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering.
