Auriga maintains a 'Hold' on Community Health (NYSE: CYH) price target of $24.00.

Analyst, Glen Losev, said, "The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division dismissed Tenet Healthcare’s (NYSE: THC)(Not rated) lawsuit against Community Health Systems. As a reminder, almost a year ago, 4/11/11, THC filed a lawsuit against Community Health Systems, company CEO Wayne Smith and CFO Larry cash. The lawsuit alleged defendants committed federal securities violations by making certain statements when filing documentation with SEC related to offer to acquire THC. This a positive, albeit a very small one and not a big surprise, as most investors expected that this trial had no teeth. What is left on the plate..."
