UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) price target raised from $34 to $36.

UBS analyst said, "After the FQ2 miss, ORCL came back more focused in FQ3 and delivered upside to our estimates for total revenue, license, operating margin, & EPS. While FQ4 revenue guidance is a bit disappointing, we think ORCL is being conservative as FQ2 miss is still fresh in recent memory, FQ4 faces a 3% FX headwind, yr ago comps are tough (license up 19% in F4Q11), and hardware continues to struggle to hit forecast. In contrast, opex control has been excellent, and FY12 EPS growth could hit double digits."

UBS raises FY12 EPS estimate from $2.35 to $2.42 and FY13 from $2.55 to $2.58. UBS lowers FY12 revenues from $37.5 bln to $37.2 bln.
