Sauer-Danfoss, Inc. (SHS) Reinstates Quarterly Dividend of $0.35; 2.9% Yield
Sauer-Danfoss, Inc. (NYSE: SHS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
This is the first quarterly dividend paid by the Company since it suspended the payment of dividends on March 13, 2009, in response to the recession.
