SAIC (SAI) Misses Q4 EPS by 3c; Approves 40M Common Buyback, Initiates 12c/Sh. Qtr. Dividend

SAIC (NYSE: SAI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.67 billion.

Approves 40 million common buyback, initiates 12 cent quarterly dividend.
