Barclays maintains an 'Underweight' on Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) price target of $6.00.

Analyst, Adam Feinstein, feels that the upcoming FDA meetings of Circulatory System Devices Panel to discuss Cameron Health's subcutaneous ICD (S-ICD) System (on 4/26) is a positive for BSX and negative for Edward Lifesciences (NYSE: EW), since Heartware's (Nasdaq: HTWR) panel review is on 4/25 and EW will probably have to reschedule to May or June for review."

NOTE - Cameron is a company acquired by BSX. Cameron's S-ICD product has already been approved in Europe and has already been implanted into 1,000 patients overseas.

However, Barclays Feinstein still rates BSX at Underweight, citing pressures on the company's core CRM and stent products, but feels this is ultimately a turnaround story.
