OMA (OMAB) Approves Proposal For Ps. 1.25 Per Share Capital Reduction

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (Nasdaq: OMAB) approved a proposal to be presented at the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting to distribute Ps. 1.25 per share in cash through a capital reduction, without cancellation of any shares. Payment would be made on July 18, 2012. The Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on April 18, 2012, and the call for the shareholders' meeting will be published in accordance with the Company's Bylaws.
