GNC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GNC) announced the closing of the offering of 17.0 million shares of its Class A common stock sold exclusively by participating selling stockholders at a public offering price of $33.50 per share. The Company neither issued nor sold any shares in the offering.
In addition, the participating selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.55 million shares.
