Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) price target boosted from $116 to $155.

Analyst, James M. Ratcliffe, said, "...we believe continued strength in business trends and the prospects of a 2014/2015 REIT conversion are likely to continue to provide support to the stock. Our recent visit to Equinix's NY4 data center reaffirms our view that the company's services remain differentiated due to its high network density, global reach, and superior data center quality."

Note: The stock has been on fire, moving up from $98.07 on Dec. 15, 2011 to yesterday's closing price of $141.49...a move of approx. 44%. Qtrly Revenue Growth (yoy) was 24.9%, no current dividend yield, and as of Feb. 29, 2012 16.5% of the float is short.

Capstone investment currently holds the Street high price target, at $156.
