Emerson (NYSE: EMR) has acquired Avtron Loadbank, a designer and manufacturer of high quality load banks and other testing systems and services for the standby power generation, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and other power equipment industries.
Avtron Loadbank will become part of Emerson Network Power’s ASCO business.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
