Janney Montgomery Scott Maintains a 'Buy' on Lululemon Athletica (LULU); Q4 Preview - Remains Core Growth Holding

Janney Montgomery Scott maintains a 'Buy' on Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) price target of $70.00.

JMS analyst said, "On March 22, LULU will report 4Q11 earnings results. We are projecting 4Q11 EPS of $0.49 in line with the Street, but believe there could be upside to our and the consensus estimate. The company has preannounced 4Q11 above initial expectations. Recall, on January 10, 2012, LULU raised 4Q11 guidance based on stronger than anticipated net revenue. The company raised 4Q11 EPS to a range of $0.47-$0.49 and net revenue to a range of $358 million-$363 million."

"We are maintaining our FY11, FY12 and FY13 EPS estimates of $1.25 (versus consensus of $1.24), $1.52 (versus consensus of $1.61) and $1.88 (versus consensus of $2.04), respectively."
