DCP Midstream (DPM) Enters New $3B Facility

DCP Midstream LLC (NYSE: DPM) announced it has entered into two new credit facilities totaling $3 billion. The company replaced its existing revolving credit facilities with a new $2 billion 5-year senior unsecured revolving credit facility. In addition, the company closed on a new $1 billion 2 ½-year senior unsecured delayed draw term loan facility.
Together with the $1 billion credit facility DCP Midstream’s master limited partnership completed in November 2011, the DCP enterprise’s bank facilities now total $4 billion.
