Cenveo Corporation, a subsidiary of Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) has amended (the "Amendment") its offer to purchase for cash (the "Offer") its outstanding 10-1/2% senior unsecured notes due 2016 (the "10-1/2% Notes"), 7-7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2013 (the "7-7/8% Notes") and 8-3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2014 (the "8-3/8% Notes" and together with the 10-1/2% Notes and the 7-7/8% Notes, the "Securities"), which Offer was previously announced on February 29, 2012.
