Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) price target raised from $16 to $18.

Analyst, Paul Lejuez, said, "ARO reported 4Q EPS of $0.44 (excl charges), $0.06 above cons of $0.38, the high end of their guidance of $0.35-$0.38, and vs. our est $0.35. We are raising our F12E EPS from $1.01 to $1.22, on higher comp assumptions and introducing F13E of $1.59. We are raising our TP to $18 on ~15x our F12E EPS of $1.22, slightly below the softlines group median. Although it sounds like the year has started off well, expectations are fairly high (ARO +24% YTD vs. the grp +16%). ARO is making significant changes to product and mktg, but it is too early to tell whether the changes will resonate with consumers. We believe the risk/reward is balanced."
