Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.
The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
