Kratos Defense & Security (NASDAQ: KTOS) 9.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $218.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $230.71 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $950-$1000 million, versus the consensus of $940 million.

Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.79 million.

Jamba, Inc. (NASDAQ: JMBA) 6.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $40.85 million. Company store comps up 7.7%.

Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) 3.6% HIGHER; will replace Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE: CEG) in the S&P 500 index after the close of trading on a date to be announced.

Korn/ferry International (NYSE: KFY) 3.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Korn/ferry International sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.24-$0.30, versus the consensus of $0.32

Hot Topic, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOTT) 3.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $209.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $209.11 million. Comps up 1.3%. ees Q1 EPS of 2-5 cents on same-store sales up in the mid-single digit range. The Street is expecting breakeven. The company also announced a quarterly dividend boost from 7 cents to 8 cents per share.

InTEST (NASDAQ: INTT) 3.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, versus $0.13 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.08 million, versus $10.11 million reported last year.

Encore Wire Corp. (Nasdaq: WIRE) 2.5% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 4,086,750 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders.
