Goldman Sachs bumped its price target on Neutral-rated Dunkin' Brands (NASDAQ: DNKN) from $26 to $27 after the company initiated a 2.1% dividend.
"We see this as a positive development for Neutral-rated DNKN shares, as FCF deployment is a very relevant theme in today’s market, and the dividend rate is higher than we had assumed as a base case," the analyst said. That said, the dividend was expected and the near-term impact on the shares will be limited.
