Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage on Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) with a Buy. PT $22.50.

Analyst, Paul Mansky, said, "Including the 2% dividend yield, our target suggests a one-year return of 15%. Throughout the company’s challenges over the past 18 months the stock has been revalued while growth estimates have been dramatically reduced. While not anticipating a return to historical rates of growth, we are attracted to the company’s streamlined expense structure, relatively higher growth end markets, and potential for future upside. Coupled with valuation currently equivalent to the more mature diversified IT suppliers, our thesis is based on estimate and multiple expansion over the coming year."
