RAIT Financial (RAS) Prices 6.95M Offering at $5.30/Share

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,950,000 common shares at a public offering price of $5.30 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,042,500 additional common shares. The offering is expected to close on March 9, 2012.
