Wells Fargo Starts Amdocs Ltd. (DOX) at Outperform; Well Positioned as Leader in BSS/OSS Space

Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX) with an Outperform. PT range $36-$38.

Wells analyst says, "DOX is well positioned as a leader in the BSS/OSS space. DOX has relatively high revenue visibility with roughly 75-80% of revenue derived from long-term contracts. Carrier 4G deployments in the U.S. should support revenue growth and a migration to post paid and 3G adoption is driving strong growth in emerging markets. DOX has also become more shareholder-friendly over the last two years. We estimate that DOX will buy back just under 10% of its shares outstanding over the next year. Last, we think the company could issue a dividend in FY2013, which could attract more income-oriented investors."
