Nomura Securities reiterates a 'Buy' on Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROST) price target raised from $53 to $58.

Analyst, Paul Lejuez, said, "ROST continues to post strong comp results helped by great inventory availability and strong traffic trends. These results have not been driven by promotions, and we believe merchandise margins will be up in F12. While the company did not raise 1Q guidance and will likely not raise it when it reports 4Q EPS on March 15, we expect significant upside to 1Q consensus of $0.87. We also expect the company to beat F12 consensus of $3.26. We are increasing our 1Q12E from $0.87 to $0.92 (vs. consensus of $0.87 and guidance of $0.82-$0.86). Our F12E is now $3.41. We are also introducing our F13E of $3.73."
