Weingarten Realty Investors (WRI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.5% to $0.29; 4.7% Yield

Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 5.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.275.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
