Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) has initiated a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2012.
