Wells Fargo Raises Valuation Range on Exlservice (EXLS) Following Strong Q4 Results and FY12 Guidance

Wells Fargo is reaffirming its Outperform rating on shares of Exlservice (NASDAQ: EXLS) and is raising its price valuation range from $28-$30 to $32-$34.

The firm notes the company's Q4 results and FY12 guidance both came in above expectations and caused it to increase its estimates.

For Q1 and FY12, Wells Fargo raised its EPS estimates from $0.33 and $1.48 to $0.37 and $1.54. The firm also set its FY13 estimate at $1.75.

An analyst at Wells Fargo comments, "We sensed a generally upbeat tone from management and our comfort is renewed in EXLS' ability to execute in what we view as an improving BPO market and provide positive estimate surprise, especially in the back half of 2012."
