Goldman Sachs raised estimates and its price target on Lowe's (NYSE: LOW) from $29 to $32 following solid Q4 results.

The firm raised 2012 EPS to $1.81 from $1.79 and 2013 goes to $2.25 from $2.12. They introduce 2014 EPS at $2.60.

"The biggest increase comes from a bigger buyback, offset in part by interest expense on more debt", the analyst notes. Goldman expects a more gradual gross
margin recovery.
