Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK-A) price target of $127,500.00.

Analyst, Jay Gelb, said, "There were no major surprises in Warren Buffett's annual shareholder letter, and the decision on an unnamed CEO successor is a favorable development. Berkshire's 4Q11 operating earnings were below our outlook, driven by lower-than-expected Insurance unit earnings. On a positive note, earnings growth in the non-insurance businesses was strong (particularly in Burlington Northern)."

Gelb reiterates his rating, citing large cash balance, along with positive growth from railroads, insurance and utilities and also feels shares are attractively valued at 1.20x book value.
