UniSource Energy Corp. (UNS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.4% to $0.43; 4.6% Yield

UniSource Energy Corp. (NYSE: UNS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
