Deutsche Bank upgraded Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) from Hold to Buy, price target raised from $10.50 to $15.00.

Deutsche analyst says, "We are upgrading IPG to a Buy with a $15 price target on the back of increased evidence that IPG is securely on track to peer level margins despite micro and macro headwinds, and returning cash to shareholders, creating one of the best earnings stories in media. With 21% EPS growth through 2014, the stock at 5.3x 2012 EBITDA (peers 7-8x) and 9% FCF yield is too low, in our view."
