Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) price target cut from $65 to $60.

Analyst, Robert S. Drbul, said, "Kohl's reported 4Q11 EPS of $1.81, $0.02 above our estimate...E-commerce reached the company's $1.0 billion goal in 2011, up 40%, and is expected to grow an additional 40% in 2012. Looking to 2012, we expect Kohl's to invest in improving its 3 year stagnant $220 SSF productivity level, through pricing and newness, as well as take advantage of the sales opportunity provided by weak sales last year and the rapidly evolving competitive landscape."

Drbul cuts FY12 EPS from $4.95 to $4.75 and price target to $60, but feels current valuation levels remain very compelling.
