Shares of Tyler Tech (NYSE: TYL) have ticked to session highs heading into the close as Dougherty & Co.'s Raghavan Sarathy issued an intraday upgrade on the stock. The analyst now rates Tyler Tech shares a Buy, up from Neutral previously. Sarathy established a $43 price target.
The upgrade follows better-than-expected Q4 results and FY12 guidance from Tyler Tech Wednesday afternoon.
Sarathy cited "higher-than-forecast license revenue..."
Shares of Tyler Tech last traded at $38.18, up 4.4 percent from Wednesday's close. Dougherty's new price target implies potential upside of about 12.6 percent from where the stock is currently trading.
