UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Flour (NYSE: FLR) price target raised from $68 to $71.

UBS analyst says, "Q4 EPS of $0.90 beat the Street on lower tax rate (in-line ex-tax benefit)...Backlog declines after 6 growth qtrs; weak I&I, Gov’t, Global Services bookings...FLR maintained 2012 guidance of $3.40-$3.80. Going into the quarter, we thought there was some risk to the downside, given some general headwinds. Most of the headwinds played out, but the message on the conf call was very bullish. The tone plus better than expected I&I margins could be enough to keep the stock flat. While some headwinds will still remain in the first couple of quarters of 2012, we generally expect tailwinds in 2H, and we maintain our rating."

UBS raises FY12 from $3.75 to $3.80, maintains FY13 at $4.30.
