Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE: OCR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.58, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.52 billion.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $6.1-$6.2 billion, versus the consensus of $6.19 billion.
