Hertz Global Holdings (NYSE: HTZ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.99 billion.

Hertz Global Holdings sees FY2012 EPS of $1.16-$1.26, versus the consensus of $1.24. Hertz Global Holdings sees FY2012 revenue of $8.85-$8.95 billion, versus the consensus of $8.9 billion.
