Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on Dana Holding (NYSE: DAN) price target raised from $21 to $23.

Jefferies analyst says, "DAN traded off 3.0% after an operationally in line report. CV margins remained strong, upsiding expectations (a key reason to own the stock). Off-Highway margins were light, although are expected to rebound as soon as 1Q:12. We're reiterating our rating and raising our price target."

"What to do with the stock from here? Our sense is that the CV cycle affords DAN strong top-line visibility and 3-4 quarters of margin runway. Combined with an EV/EBITDA multiple that is still solidly under 4x, we think there's more outperformance left in the shares as 2012 evolves."
