Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.95 million.

Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $54.5-$56.5 million, versus the consensus of $57.81 million.

Announces plans to launch a modified "Dutch auction" tender offer for up to $55 million in common shares at a price ranging from $4.25-$5.
