Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) price target raised from $74 to $77.

Analyst, Ross L. Smotrich, said, "DLR continues to execute on its strategy of pursuing relatively high risk-adjusted returns via acquisitions and development. Internationally, the company is investing in several markets in Europe, Asia, and Australia, where high demand and significant barriers to entry have driven data center rents up..."

"DLR trades at 22.0x our 2012E CAD, a 3% discount to the wider REIT sector at 22.7x. In our view, the discount is unwarranted, given DLR's better growth profile and ability to invest accretively to its cost of capital." (Barclays raises FY12 estimates from $4.35 to $4.41)
