Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) price target of $42.00.

Analyst, Sean McGowan, said, "After reviewing our estimates in light of comments management recently offered at an investor event, we believe HAS’ results will see earnings weighted more toward the second half than we previously expected. We are, therefore, reducing our EPS estimate for 1Q from $0.14 to $0.10 vs. $0.12 last year, and have raised our 4Q EPS estimate from $1.43 to $1.47 vs. $1.06 last year. We had already taken into account a shift in revenue toward the second half, but we believe it is appropriate to assume greater expenses in 1Q compared to our prior model. Our full-year sales and EPS estimates remain unchanged at $4.5 billion and $3.25, respectively."
