Honeywell International, Inc. (NYSE: HON) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3725 per share, or $1.49 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
This release replaces the dividend release dated February 16, 2012. The record date has been changed from February 24, 2012 to February 27, 2012 to comply with NYSE notification requirements.
