Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Teva Pharma (NASDAQ: TEVA) price target of $52.00.
Analyst, Randall Stanicky, said, "TEVA posted a clean and solid Q4 in contrast to what we’ve seen in recent quarters. That said, what helped drive the stock was the 25% boost to the dividend which is a further endorsement of the shifting focus at the company. Going forward, our thesis has been pegged to (1) a better 2012 on a “headwinds to tailwinds” outlook; (2) structural change in the free cash pay-out via buy-back and dividend and (3) sustainable EPS growth ahead. We now have solid visibility on the first two. On the third, we continue to see growth ahead on a diversified base though recognize that visibility around the Copaxone litigation will likely be needed for the next leg up."
