Jefferies raised its price target on athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN) from $50 to $58 following Q4 upside driven by cost control. The firm maintained their Hold rating.

The firm comments, "ATHN is entering a big investment year during which it will undertake more "projects" than normal. These initiatives bring higher costs and a NT headwind to earnings growth, but should ultimately benefit LT margin. We are impressed by the company's growth, but not naive to the challenges of sustaining that. Valuation remains our reservation."

Q1 EPS estimates was cut to from $0.19 to $0.18, but FY12 was maintained at $0.92.
